198例囊虫病的免疫学检测与分析

本文收集了１９８例皮肌型及脑型囊虫病，分别经活检、计算机断层扫描（ＣＴ）或核磁共振成像（ＭＲＩ）诊断为囊虫病，并具有相应临床症状。应用间接荧光抗体试验（ＩＦＡＴ）检测本组病人血清抗体，阳性率分别为皮肌型６６．６７％（５４／８１），脑型８２．０５％（９６／１１７）。对脑型中２０例患者的脑脊液和血清抗体进行检测对比，阳性率分别为５５％和８５％。实验表明，ＩＦＡＴ对于脑型囊虫病的抗体检出率高于皮肌型，在检测抗体诊断脑囊虫病时应首选血清标本。

DETECTION OF ANTIBODY IN 198 CASES WITH CYSTICERCOSIS

In the years 1992～1993,198 cases of cysticercosis who were refered to de-partment of parasitology Henan Medical University were collected.The subcutaneous andmuscular cysticercosis was confirmed by biopsy. The cerebral cysticercosis was proved bycranid computed tomographic(CT)scans or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)and the ma-jority of patients had clinical manifestations such as headache,seizures and stroke. Indirectfluorescent antibdy test (IFAT)was used to detect the antibdy in serum of the patients.The positive rate of the subcutaneous and muscular cysticercosis was 66.67%(54/81),andthe cerebral cysticercosis was 82.05%(96/117).For antibody detection in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of 20 patients with cerebral cysticercosis,the positive rate was 55%(11/20 ),andmeanwhile,the serum antibody positive rate of the 20 patients was 85%(17/20).The resultsshow that the antibody detection rate on cerebral cysticercosis is higher than that in subcuta-neous and muscular cysticercosis. The serum samples are of choice for detecting antibody indiagnosis of cysticercosis.
