妇科腹腔镜手术271例临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术用于治疗妇科疾病的临床价值。方法:回顾分析为271例患者行腹腔镜妇科手术的临床资料,评价平均手术时间、术中出血量等指标。结果:271例均在腹腔镜下完成手术,包括腹腔镜全子宫切除术83例,次全切除术80例,子宫肌瘤切除术42例,附件切除术33例,附件囊肿剥除术28例,输卵管妊娠取胚术5例。2例(0.74%)发生并发症。结论:腹腔镜妇科手术患者创伤小,康复快,只要严格掌握手术适应证,大部分妇科良性疾病可用腹腔镜手术治疗。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic procedures in the treatment of gynecologic diseases in 271 cases

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopy in treatment of gynecologic diseases.Methods:The clinical data of 271 cases with gynecologic diseases who underwent laparoscopic procedures were retrospectively analyzed.The parameters,such as average operating time and estimated blood loss were evaluated.Results:All the procedures were completed through laparoscopy,including 83 cases of laparoscopic total hysterectomy,80 cases of laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy,42 cases of myomectomy,33 cases of adnexectomy,28 cases of adnexal cystectomy,and 5 cases of salpingotomy.Complications occurred in 2 cases (0.74%).Conclusions:Laparoscopic procedure embodies the advantages of less trauma and quicker recovery.Most benign gynecologic diseases can be operated under laparoscopy with strict operative indication.
