冬眠药物辅佐治疗小婴儿重症肺炎

应用＂亚冬眠疗法＂辅佐治疗小婴儿重症肺炎４１例,其中毛细支气管炎２０例,支气管肺炎（喘憋型）１７例,腺病毒肺炎４例。结果除２例因合并先心病、心衰于入院４８ｈ内死亡外,余３９例均在用药７２ｈ内明显改善,主要在现呼吸减慢、心率下降及烦躁或惊厥的控制。伴有肝肿大者多数于用药４～６ｄ恢复正常。肺部　音消失远较上述体征缓慢,与其它药物治疗所需疗程相似。只要掌握好用药指征,冬眠药物不失为一安全、有效的辅佐治疗药物。

EXPERIENCE IN APPLYLNG HIBERNATION DRUGS AS SUPPLEMENTARY TREATMENT IN SEVERE PNEUMONIA OF INFANTS

cases of infants with severe pneumon ia were administered with "Sub-hibernation therapy" as supplementary treatment.Those children included bronchiolar pneumonia 20 cases,brbnchopneumonia (Asthematic type) 17 cases and adenovirus pneumonia 4 cases.The results showed that 39 cases of children disclosed apparent improvement in 72 hours after treatment,except 2 case complicated with congenital heart disease and congestive heart faiure died within 42 hours after admission.The main changes were slowing down of respiration,decrease of heart rate and control of dysphoria and convulsion.Most hepato-and/on splenomegaly became normal in 4-6 days after therapy.Rales in lungs disappeared slower than other signs mentioned and disease course were similar to other drug treatment.Impression:The key point is to follow the indication of therapy,and hibernation drug is likely a safe and effective supplementary drug.
