| 摘 要： | 本研究通过动物体表创面同体对照,烧伤感染模型实验治疗及20例烧伤病人局部外用药对照的治疗观察,进一步证实3％抗霉毒剂RD乳剂为一种具有抗霉菌、抗细菌的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Inoculated various fungi, the open wounds of 100 rats were treated with 3% HD emulsion and 70-100% of wound culture converted from positive to negative within 96 hours.Three groups of mice scalded model wounds were seeded with Ps. aeruginosa, St. aureus and As. fumiga'tus separately. The number and time of natural death and postmortem heart blood culture were observed. There were 17-19/20 deaths in each of the control and placebo emulsion groups with positive culture of bacteria or mold, while only 2-4/20 deaths were observed in 3% HD emulsion therapeutic groups with heart blood culture being mostly positive.In 20 cases of burn wound, results culture showed that the therapeutic effect of HD emulsion was similar to SD-Ag and Clotrimazole.It suggested that antimycotoxin-HD was effective against both bacterial and fungal infection of burn wounds. |
