卫生检验人员的职业危害因素及控制

目的探讨卫生检验人员的职业危害及防护措施。方法调查部分疾控中心实验室建设情况，观察分析实验环境和工作特点，结合自己的工作和管理经验进行分析总结。结果卫生检验工作人员面临多种职业危害因素的影响，且防护意识有限，防护措施不到位，长期工作在此环境中，容易造成职业伤害。结论在实验室建设和管理中，结合实际注重实验室安全标准，增强实验室人员的安全意识，加强对实验室的安全管理是减少或消除职业危害因素关键。
