对武警某部官兵常见寄生虫病预防知识行为的调查

目的：了解武警某部官兵对常见寄生虫病预防有关的知识、态度、信念及行为（knowledge、attitude、belief、practice,简称KABP）的情况，为开展常见寄生虫病的健康教育提供依据。方法：参照有关“KABP”调查标准评分，采取无记名问卷方法对华北武警某部1080基层官兵进行调查。结果：知识平均得分37．00（满分100分）；态度与信念平均得分64．93（满分90分）；行为平均得分64．01（满分100分）。知识知晓率16项有14项在60％以下。结论：被调查某部官兵关于常见寄生虫病预防KABP水平较低，很有必要进行健康教育，以提高相关知识水平，纠正不正确的态度与信念，使行为健康化。

THE INVESTIGATION OF KABP ON THE PREVENTION OF COMMON PARASITIC DISEASES IN SOME PEOPLE'S ARMED POLICE FORCES

Objective:To understand the status of knowledge, attitude, belief and practice(KABP) about the prevention of common parasitic diseases in some People's Armed Police Forces(PAPF) so as to provide basis for health education in common parasitic diseases.Methods:Questionnaire was used to investigate 1080 officers and soldiers selected from multistage sampling. The results were evaluated by referring to the standard of KABP.Results:The scores in knowkedge, attitude and belief, practice were 37.00(full marks:100),64.93(full marks:90),64.01(full marks:100) respectively. The knowing rate of knowledge in 14 of 16 items was less than 60%, the formation rate of attitudes and belief in 4 of 9 items was under 60%, and the formation rate of practice in 5 of 10 items was less than 60%.Conclusion:The KABP level of prevention of common parasitic diseases in PAPF was rather low and health education is necessary to improve their knowledge, attitude and belief, as well as practice.
