| 摘 要： | 本文报道经手术证实的28例双腔右心室超声结果。诊断符合率64.3％(18/28),漏诊,误诊为室间隔缺损7例,法乐氏四联症3例。双腔右心室合并畸形以室间隔缺损多见。文中讨论分析了超声特征、漏诊、误诊原因及鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | The result of 28 cases with double-chamber right ventricle observed by echocardiography and proved by operation is reported in this paper. The correct diagnosis rate was 64.3% (18/28). There were 10 false negative and positive cases, in which 7 cases were diagnosed as ventricular septal defect and 3 cases@@@@@@@@@@@@@as tetralogy of Fallot. Vetricular septal defect was more seen in the complicating deformity of double-chamber right ventricle. The echocardiographic charaters of double-chamber right ventricle, the cause of the false negative and positive and the distinguishing diagnosis are discussed. |
