摘    要:<正> 蝙蝠葛酚性碱(phenolic alkaloid of Menispermum dauricum,PAMD)系从蝙蝠葛(Menispermum dauricum DC)中提出的酚性生物碱,药理试验表明有较好的抗心律失常作用,本实验研究曾发现,PAMD对大鼠母体无毒性作用,亦无致畸胎作用,但40mg·kg~(-1)染毒,可引起胎鼠胸骨,蝶骨和枕骨发育迟缓.本文进一步观察其对仔鼠早期行为发育的影响.

Abstract:Pregnant rats were given phenolic alkaloid of Menispermum dauricum at different concentrations. A set of behavioral tests were performed to observe the effects on the development and the behavioral function of the offspring. After prenatal exposure to the drug in a dose of 80 mg·kg-1 or above, paps body weight gain decreased, time of the negative earth-tendency test prolonged and the times of excre-tion and making up in the open-field test increased compared with those of the control. No effect was found with the lower dosage. It is therefore suggested that the drug has some effects on the development and behavior of the offspring.
