| Abstract: | Objective To explore the metods of reinforce the management against risks to ensure the safe medical and nursing measures.Methods The risk factors were evaluated to make precautions.Results Medical disputes were greatly reduced and the nursing quality was greatly improved.Conclusion Strenghtening the management against risks can effectively reduce medical disputes and accidents. |
