丹红注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及对血浆NPY、CGRP水平的影响

目的:探讨丹红注射液对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效及对血浆NPY、降钙素相关基因肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法:用放射免疫分析方法测定80例CHF患者血浆NPY、CGRP的水平,并以60例健康者作对照。观察CHF患者常规治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液静注后血浆NPY、CGRP水平的影响。结果:CHF患者血浆NPY水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CGRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),丹红注射液治疗后血浆NPY水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血浆CGRP水平明显高于治疗组。结论:丹红注射液治疗CHF安全、有效,可明显干预CHF患者血浆NPY、CGRP的水平,对改善患者的心功能有重要意义。

The clinical effect of DanHong injection(DHI) and infection to the concentration level of the plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY) and calctioningene-related peptide (CGRP) in the treatment of the patients with congestive heart failure(CHF)

Objective：To Explore the clinical effect of injection（DHI） and infection to the concentration level of the plasma neuropeptide Y（NPY） and calction gene-related peptide（CGRP） in the treatment to the patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods：The concentratiove of plasma NPY and CGRP was measured by radiommunoassay（RIA） in 80 congestive heart failure（CHF） patients and 60 normal subjects.We observe the differences between treatment with and without DHI administered intravenously and level of concentration changes of the NPY and CGRP after treament with DHI.Results：The plasma NPY concentration level in CHF patients was significantly higher than that innormal subjects （P0.05）,and the CGRP concentration level was significantly lower than normal subjects （P0.05）.After normal treament with DHI,the plasma NPY concentration level was significantly lower than that in normal subjects（P0.05）,plasma CGRP concentration treatment level was significantly higher than that in normal treatment subjects.Conclusion：The treatment with DHI which uses in CHF patients is safe and effective.DHI interventions the concentration level of the plasma NPY and CGRP significantly and plays an important role in improving cardiact function of the patiants.
