兔肾VX2肿瘤声学造影与血管密度相关性分析

摘    要:目的分析兔实验肾肿瘤、肾皮质声学造影峰值强度与病理血管密度之间的相关性。方法声学造影后视频灰阶、声学密度定量峰值强度,墨汁灌注肾脏记数肾肿瘤、肾皮质血管密度。结果血管密度与视频灰阶分析和声学密度定量(AD)时间-强度曲线上的峰值均有相关性,但与AD时间-强度曲线上峰值的相关性更好。结论声学造影峰值强度可评价肾肿瘤和肾皮质的血管密度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the vascular density within renal cortex and VX2 tumor tissues. Methods Ink dye was injected into abdominal aorta to stain the renal vasculature and quantification. Gray-scale value and acoustic densitometry were used to evaluate the perfusion of renal cortex and VX2 tumor. Results There was significant correlation between peak intensity of time-intensity curve and vascular density of renal cortex and VX2 carcinoma. There are significant corrections between the vascular density and the gray-scale peak value and acoustic densitometry; the acoustic densitometry had a better correction. Conclusion Contrast ultrasound quantification could evaluate the vascular density of renal cortex and VX2 carcinoma.
