不同剂量降纤酶治疗脑梗塞患者高粘滞血症的临床研究

目的:观察不同剂量降纤酶治疗脑梗塞患者高脂血症、高粘滞血症(BHS)的临床疗效。方法:对95例脑梗塞患者应用不同剂量降纤酶20U或10U加入生理盐水250mL中静滴1h,每日1次,使用3d,并与丹参注射液,每日20mL,连用10d作比较。结果:降纤酶具有明显降血脂,降低纤维蛋白原和改善血液流变性作用。结论:大剂量降纤酶治疗脑梗塞患者BHS疗效优于中等剂量和对照组,且降纤酶降血脂作用明显,安全性好。

Clinical Study on Curative Effect of Defibrise in Different Doses against Blood Hypervicosity Syndrome of Cerebral Infarction Patients

To observe the curative effect of defibrise in different doses against hyperlipemia and blood hyperviscosity syndrome of cerebral infarction patients.Methods:95 cases of cerebral infarction patients were devided into 3 groups. Group A(35 cases) was administered by intravenous drip of defibrise 20U of combined with 250mL of normal saline for Ih, once per day for 3 days. Group B( 30 case) was administered by same drugs( 10U of defibrise) . In control group (groupC, 30 cases) 20mL of salvia mil-tiorrhiza injection was added to 250mL of 5% glucose for intravenous drip for 10 days. Results: Defibrise has remarkable effect of decreasing levels of blood lipid and fibrinogen and improving hemorrheology. Conclusion: Defibrise is definitely effective in decreasing blood lipid and large dose of defibrise is superior to middle dose and control in curative effect against BHS of cerebral infarction patients .
