一种新的实验性急性肾功能衰竭动物模型的研究

摘    要:观察了大鼠左肾动脉注射油酸后肾微循环及实质细胞的改变。注射油酸后,肾内脉动血管弹性降低,紧张度增加,肾组织血液灌流量降低,肾小球及小管周围毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀、坏死,肾组织不需辅酶的脱氢酶减少,肾小管坏死,血清尿素氮升高。这些结果说明,大鼠左肾动脉注射油酸可引起急性肾功能衰竭(ARF),可用来模似人类的起源于肾微循境障碍的缺血性APF。

Abstract:An experimental model of acute renal failure (ARF) has been deve-loped by injection of oleic acid to left renal artery of rat. The changes of microcircu-lation and parenchyma cells of rat kidney were observed at 10 minutes, 6 and 24hours after the injection. Following the injection, the elasticity of renal pulsing bloodvessels became weaker and tense was elevated, renal tissue blood flow remarkably dec-reased, the severe edema and necrosis of renal microvessel endothelium cells werefound, TTC staining occured intensive positive, tubular necrosis, BUN was significa-ntly elevated. These results demonstrated that an experimental model of ARF in ratcould be induced by injection of oleic acid to left renal artery. Tbis model was chara-cterized by the disturbance of kidney microcirculation.
