益肾降压颗粒对肾虚模型小鼠体内自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨益肾降压颗粒对肾虚模型小鼠体内自由基代谢的影响。方法:取健康小鼠80只,雌雄兼用,随机分为3组。正常组20只,每天灌服生理盐水0.15mL/10g体重,连续7天;造模组30只,每只腹腔注射氢化考的松1mg/天×7,同时,灌服生理盐水0.15mL/10g体重,连续7天;益肾降压颗粒组30只,每只腹腔注射氢化考的松1mg/天×7,同时,灌服益肾降压颗粒混悬液0.15mL/10g体重,连续7天(含生药量0.06g,为临床预计用量的6倍)。于第8天处死取血、脑、甲状腺、胸腺、肾上腺、脾脏,分别测定SOD活力、LPO含量及全血中GSH-Px活力。结果:益肾降压颗粒可使萎缩的腺体组织有不同程度的改善和恢复,肾上腺重量增加尤为显著(P<0.01),能使肾虚小鼠红细胞及组织中SOD趋向正常或增高,使小鼠血浆和甲状腺组织中的LPO含量明显低于模型组,差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.01)。使GSH-Px活力比正常组有所提高,但与肾虚模型组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:益肾降压颗粒能使氢化考的松诱发的“肾虚”模型小鼠萎缩的腺体组织得到不同程度的改善和恢复,重量增加,并能提高肾虚模型小鼠红细胞内的SOD和降低组织中脂质过氧化物含量。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of Yishen Jiangya Granula(YJG)on free radical's metabolism of Jimpy mice with renal deficiency.Methods:The 80 mice with good health were allocated to three groups randomly.The normal group of 20 mice were drenched NS;The model group of 30 mice were intraperitoneal injected with hydrocortisone and drenched NS meanwhile;The YJG group of 30 mice were intraperitoneal injected with hydrocortisone and drenched suspl.of YJG meanwhile.The blood,brain,glandula thyreoidea,thoracic gland,adrenal and spleen were got after a 8-days treatment to detect the SOD,LPO and GSH-Px.Results:YJG could improve the depauperate glandular organ and the adrenal was very significant(P<0.01),make the SOD of mouse red blood cell and organism trend to normal or height,make the LPO of blood plasma and glandula thyreoidea lower obviously than the model group(P<0.01,P<0.01),make the GSH-Px more vigorous than the normal group,but have no significant difference with the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion:YJG can improve the depauperate glandular organ of Jimpy mice with renal deficiency evoked by hydrocortisone,make its weight increase,raise the content of SOD in red blood cell and degrade the content of LPO in organism.
