慢性重型肝炎124例临床分析

目的 通过１２４例慢重肝临床分析对上前慢重肝治疗疗效、临床难点作一简要分析。方法 １２４例慢重肝进行病原分型、临床分期、分组治疗及疗效判定。结果 ①早、中期慢重父瘟菩Ы暇捌谡呦灾圆钜欤ǎ小矗埃埃担＂谠纭⒅衅诼馗尾∷缆式贤砥谡哂邢灾差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。③分组治疗病死率无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。④死亡组与存活组病例ＴＢ、ＡＬＢ、ＰＴＡ有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 ①早、中期慢重肝

Clinical analysis of 124 cases of chronic severe hepatitis

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and the therapeutic results in 124 cases of chronic severe hepatitis.Methods The patients were divided into groups according to the type of hepatitis virus,the clinical stage,and the protocol of treatment with different medications.The effects were assessed and compared.Results significant differences of the rapeutic result,especially the death rate,were observed between the early mediate stage and late stage of chronic severe hepatitis.There was no difference between the medications in regard to the survival rate.There was a significant difference in TB,ALB and PTA between the survivals and deaths.Conclusion The early mediate cases of chronic severe hepatitis had better therapeutic result and lower mortality rate,compared with the late cases.There were no specific drugs to care the chronic cases of severe hepatitis.TB,ALB and PTA are somewhat valuable indexes of prognosis.
