| 摘 要： | 目的:了解Bcl-2基因蛋白在肝脏恶性肿瘤中的表达情况.方法:对56例不同类型的肝脏恶性肿瘤进行了Bcl-2单克隆抗体的免疫组化染色.结果:肝细胞癌阳性表达率为22.7%(5/22),胆管细胞癌为75%(12/16),肝转移性癌为22.2%(4/18),其中胆管细胞癌的阳性表达率和染色强度均高于肝细胞癌,22例肝细胞癌的癌旁组织中检出肝细胞异型增生6例,其中仅1例Bcl-2呈阳性表达.结论:Bcl-2基因蛋白可能在胆管细胞癌的发生中起重要作用,而对肝细胞的分裂、增殖无明显影响.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression of Bcl-2 protein in liver malignant tumor.Methods:Using immunohistochemical technique,the expression of Bcl-2 protein was detected in 56 cases liver cancer.Results:Bcl-2 positive rate was 22.7% in liver cell carcinoma,75% in bile duct cell carcinoma and 22.2% in metastasis hepatoma.Conclusion:Bcl-2 protein maybe play an important role in the progression of bile duct cell cancer,but don't influence the division and prolifiration of liver cell. |
