| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泌尿系水成像(MR urography，MRU)在显示输尿管梗阻部位和病灶，对输尿管病变的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析51例经临床、手术、病理证实的患者的术前MRU影像资料。结果定位诊断可达100％，良恶定性诊断可达91％以上。结论MRU对输尿管病变的诊断和鉴别诊断起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate MR urography (MRU) in displaying the obstruction site, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the obstructive lesions of the ureter. Methods Preoperative MRU was studied retrospec-tively in 51 cases proved by clinical practice, surgery and pathology. Results The rate of accurate localization reached 100%, and the rate accurate differentiating the benign and malignant lesions was 91%. Conclusion MRU is valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the obstructive lesions of ureter. |
