摘    要:督导专家通过听取试讲、观摩调研、书面反馈、参与期末评优等方法对教学过程进行督导和评估,有效地强化了教研室的教学意识,培养和提高了青年教师的教学水平,为进一步提高临床教学质量打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:The experts and supervisors can appraise teaching process by several effective means,thus enhancing the consciousness of each teaching group,raising teaching level of the young teachers and further more establishing a solid foundation of raising the clinical teaching quality.
