摘    要:目的:考察5%葡萄糖注射液和5%碳酸氢钠注射液配伍的稳定性。方法:模拟临床液体疗法用药情况,将5%葡萄糖注射液和5%碳酸氢钠注射液配制成不同配比的输液,在各个不同时间测定输液pH值、葡萄糖含量和5-羟甲基糠醛限量。结果:在实验时段内,pH值超过5%葡萄糖的规定范围,葡萄糖含量略有下降,5-羟甲基糠醛限量未见异常升高,紫外扫描未见5-羟甲基糠醛吸收峰增大。结论:5%葡萄糖注射液和5%碳酸氢钠注射液配伍使用,建议临用时配制,一旦配制应尽快用完。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the compatibility stability of 5% glucose injection and 5% sodium bicarbonate injection.Methods: Imitating the fluid therapy status in clinic and admixing different proportion transfusion of 5% glucose injection and 5% sodium bicarbonate injection.The pH value of infusion,glucose level and the limits of 5-hydroxyl methyl furfural were determined in different time.Results: The pH values were higher than the prescribed limit of 5% glucose injection and glucose content declined slightly during the experiment.There was no obvious abnormality in the limits of 5-hydroxyl methyl furfural and the ultraviolet scanning absorbance of 5-hydroxyl methyl furfural did not increase.Conclusions: It is suggested that the compatibility use of 5% glucose injection and 5% sodium bicarbonate injection should be mixed before using and be used as soon as possible after mixing.
