| Abstract: | To investigate the protective effects of pinellia and powria Decoction (PPD)on experimental hepatic injury in mice and compare it with in the dose response relationships.Biochemical indexes and histopathological examination of hepatic injury in mice by toxicant chemicals and CCL 4 were determinded.PPD obviously inhibited the rising of serum (ALT),(AST)caused byCCL 4 and dramatically decreased liver (MDA)in a dose dependent manner.Histopathological examination showed that PPD can evidently alleviate the condition of the degeneration of hepatic cells and their mecrosis. The protective effects of PPD on experimental liver injury in mice. |
