银杏叶胶囊治疗高脂血症临床研究

目的：通过银杏叶胶囊与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效对比研究，为高脂血症的临床治疗用药提供指导。方法：对2008年1月～2012年10月在本院单纯应用银杏叶胶囊或辛伐他汀治疗的高脂血症患者临床资料，如血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—c）、动脉硬化指数（AI）、血液流变学指标，及主要，临床症状等，进行分析。结果：治疗前组间比较血脂情况无明显差异，治疗后2组间比较及观察组自身治疗前后对照，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05），而且发现观察组可以降低AI。治疗前组间比较血液流变学指标无明显差异，治疗后2组间比较及观察组自身治疗前后（除红细胞压积）对照，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前组间比较临床症状积分无明显差异，治疗后2组间比较及观察组自身治疗前后对照，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。总有效率观察组86％，对照组80％，2组比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。显效率观察组为56％，对照组为28％，2组显效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组用药后均没有发现对心、肝、肾功能、血糖及造血系统的副作用。结论：银杏叶胶囊能有效治疗高脂血症。

Clinical Efficacy of Ginkgo Leaf Capsules for Treatment of Hyperlipidemia

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo Leaf Capsules and Simvastatin for hyperlipidemia. Meth- ods= We analyzed the clinical data of hyperlipidemia patients who were admitted in Zhongkai Gaoxin People＇s Hospital of Huizhou City of Guangdong Province from January of 2008 to October of 2012, and were treated with Ginkgo Leaf Capsules or Simvastatin alone. The clinical data included serum total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, high-density lipoprotein choles- terol（HDL-C）, atherogenic index（AI）, hemorrheology indexes, and main clinical symptoms. Results. Blood lipid levels, hemorrheology indexes, and the scores of clinical symptoms were similar in Ginkgo Leaf Capsules group and Simvastatin group before treatment, and then were improved in both groups after treatment（P 〈 0.05）, and the improvement was more obvious in Ginkgo Leaf Capsules group（P 〈 0.05）. Ginkgo Leaf Capsules group also had an effect on decreasing AI. The total effective rate was 86% in Ginkgo Leaf Capsules group and was 80% in Simvastatin group, the difference being insignificant（P 〉 0.05）. But Ginkgo Leaf Capsules group had higher markedly effective rate（Ginkgo Leaf Capsules group was 56% and Sim- vastatin group was 28%）（P 〈 0.05）. Side effects on heart, kidney, and kidney function as well as blood glucose and hemopoietic system were not found in neither Ginkgo Leaf Capsules group or Simvastatin group. Conclusion： Ginkgo Leaf Capsules is effective in treating hyperlipidemia.
