电子鼻咽镜下不同活检方法对早期诊断鼻咽癌的临床价值

目的探讨电子鼻咽镜下不同活检方法对早期诊断鼻咽癌的临床价值。方法将166例疑是鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组。对照组83例，电子鼻咽镜下采用配套活检钳经活检道行鼻咽部活检；手术组83例，电子鼻咽镜下采用常规活检钳经口腔行鼻咽部活检术。结果活检准确率以1次钳取组织即取得阳性结果为标准计算，对照组活检准确率79．5％，手术组活检准确率98．8％，2组比较，手术组活检准确率明显过于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论电子鼻咽镜下采用常规活检钳经口腔行鼻咽部活栓术，能检查鼻咽部各个部位并钳取各个部位的组织，对深层病变组织钳取更有优势，有利于早期诊断鼻咽癌。

The Clinical Value of Different Biopsy Methods on the Early Diagnosis of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma by Using Electronic Nasopharyngoscope

Objective To explore the clinical value of different biopsy methods on the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by using electronic nasopharyngoscope. Methods 166 cases of suspected NPC patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group, consisted of 83 cases, was treated with affixed biopsy forceps through biopsy path by using electronic nasopharyngoscope. The operation group, consisted of 83 cases, was treated with regular biopsy forceps through oral cavity. Results The diagnostic accuracy was based on the positive result achieved by 1 time biopsy. The accuracy rate of operation group, which was 98.8% , was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , which was 79.5%. Conclusion Regular biopsy forceps through oral cavity by using electronic nasophai：ingoscope can check the nasopharyngeal parts and clamp every part of it. It is a better way to get deep tissues and is conducive to the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
