骨桥蛋白在卵巢癌及交界性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨骨桥蛋白（osteopontin，OPN）在卵巢癌及卵巢交界性肿瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化（EnVison法），检测48例卵巢癌组织、35例卵巢交界性肿瘤组织及25例良性卵巢组织中OPN的表达，分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果OPN在卵巢癌组织中的含量（72．9％）高于卵巢交界性肿瘤（45．7％）及卵巢良性肿瘤组织（15．0％），并且随癌细胞分化程度降低OPN的阳性表达率显著升高，有盆腔淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织OPN表达高于无盆腔淋巴结转移者。结论OPN在卵巢癌组织中显著高表达，与卵巢癌的发展及转移存在密切关系。

Expression of Osteopontin in Ovarian Cancer and Borderline Tumors and its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin（OPN） and its clinical significance in ovarian cancer and borderline tumors. Methods Expression of OPN in 48 ovarian cancer,35 borderline ovarian tumors and ：25 benign tumors was detected by immunohistoehemistry, and its relationship with elinieopathologieal features was analyzed. Results The expression of OPN in ovarian cancer（72.9% ） was higher than that of borderline ovarian tumors（45.7% ） and benign tumors （ 15.0% ） , the positive expression rate of OPN significantly increased with the decrease of differentiation of cancer cells, and the expression of OPN in ovarian cancer tissues with pelvic lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The expression of OPN in ovarian cancer is significantly high, and is closely connected with the development and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
