去乙酰化酶3在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 探讨胃癌组织中去乙酰化酶3（SIRT3）的表达情况及其临床意义. 方法 应用Western免疫印迹法检测20例胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织中SIRT3的表达水平;免疫组织化学方法检测50例胃癌石蜡切片中SIRT3的表达,分析其与病人年龄、性别、浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理特征的相关性. 结果 Western blot和免疫组化检测均显示SIRT3在胃癌组织中的表达较癌旁正常组织低,SIRT3的表达与胃癌浸润深度、分化程度、TNM分期相关（P＜0.05）,与性别、年龄、淋巴结转移无相关性（P＞0.05）. 结论 SIRT3在胃癌的发生和发展中可能起重要作用,它的表达水平有可能作为评估胃癌恶性程度的一个重要指标.

Expression of SIRT3 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of SIRT3 in gastric carcinoma,and to explore its clinical significance.Methods The expression levels of SIRT3 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues and peripheral normal tissues from 20 cases were detected by Western blot.The expression levels of SIRT3 protein in 50 paraffin-embedded section samples from patients with gastric carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry,and its relationships with clinical parameters were analyzed.Results The expression of SIRT3 in gastric carcinoma tissues was lower than that in peripheral normal tissues by Western blot and immunohistochemistry.The expression of SIRT3 was related to the depth of invasion,differentiation and TNM stages （P ＜ 0.05）,but not related to the gender,age,and lymph node metastasis（P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The results suggest that SIRT3 may play a crucial role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and it may be an important indicator to evaluate the malignancy of gastric cancer.
