血栓抽吸对缺血性J波患者预后的影响

目的 探讨急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者中缺血性J波其临床意义和血栓抽吸对缺血性J波患者预后的影响.方法 根据有无缺血性J波,将158例ACS分为观察组和对照组.对比分析两组患者临床资料和预后.同时对比分析血栓抽吸对缺血性J波患者预后的影响.结果 观察组恶性室性心律失常、心力衰竭、心源性死亡分别为23.3％、18.6％和11.6％,对照组相应指标分别为：9.6％、6.1％和2.6％,组间比较差异有统计学意义,p ＜0.05.观察组24例和对照组65例患者进行血栓抽吸并植入支架,血栓抽吸术后发生心血管事件分别为2例（8.3％）和6例（9.2％）,组间比较差异无统计学意义,p＞0.05.结论 缺血性J波在预测ACS患者心血管事件的发生中有一定的作用,血栓抽吸可以减少缺血性J波综合征患者心血管事件的发生.

Effect of aspiration of coronary thrombus upon prognosis in patients with ischemic J wave

Objective To investigate the characteristics of ischemic J wave in patients with acute coronary syndrome and the effect of thrombus aspiration on ischemic J wave syndrome patients.Methods According to the presence or absence of ischemic J wave,158 cases with ACS were divided into observation group and control group.Clinical data and prognosis were analyzed in the two groups.Results The incidence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia,heart failure and cardiac death were 23.3％,18.6％ and 11.6％ in the observation group,The corresponding index respectively：9.6％,6.1％ and 2.6％ in the control group,the difference has statistical significance,p ＜0.05.Cardiovascular events in thrombus aspiration group was 2 cases （8.3％） and a control group of 6 cases （9.2％）,the difference between groups was not statistically significant,p＞0.05.Conclusions ACS patients with ischemic J-wave show poor clinical conditions and bad prognosis.Thrombus aspiration can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with ischemic J wave syndrome.
