| 摘 要： | P2 7kipl是新近发现的一种抑癌基因 ,在恶性血液病中突变率低 ,但其表达水平与预后关系密切 ,对恶性血液病细胞具有诱导分化、抗凋亡和促凋亡作用。

| Abstract: | Recent studies have shown that the P 27kipl gene is a tumor inhibitor gene and has a low frequency of gene mutation in malignant hematologic disease,but the expression level of P 27kipl is significantly associated with prognosis.P 27kipl is of a role of induction of differentiation,inhibition of aproptosis and induction of apoptosis of malignant hematologic disease cells. |
