| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性脑血肿患者血清EGF和S100β蛋白变化及临床意义。方法采用免疫吸附法(ELISA)连续测定68例外伤性脑血肿患者血清EGF和S100β蛋白水平,并与20例健康志愿者进行比较。结果外伤性脑血肿患者血清EGF水平显著降低,S100β蛋白水平显著升高,两者变化情况与患者颅脑损伤程度有关。结论外伤性脑血肿患者血清EGF和S100β蛋白水平与颅脑损伤程度相关,对于临床判断颅脑损伤程度有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum EGF,S100β Alterations in Traumatic cephalophyma.Methods In samples from 68 cases of traumatic cephalophyma and 25 healthy volunteers,the alterations of serum EGF,S100β were detected by ELISA method.The relations between the serum EGF,S100βin 72 hours after admissions and general conditions of patients were analyzed.Results The serum EGF were significantly down-regulated while the serum S100βwere significantly up-regulated in traumatic cephalophyma,the alterations concern to the degree of craniocerebral injury.Conclusion There were significant relationships between the levers of serum EGF,S100βin traumatic cephalophyma and the conditions of craniocerebral injury,which contributed to estimate the degree of craniocerebral injury in the clinical. |
