超声弹性成像技术鉴别乳腺肿块良恶性应用价值分析

摘    要:目的探讨超声弹性成像技术对女性乳腺肿块良恶性的诊断价值。方法收集自2008年1月至2010年1月期间因乳腺肿块就诊于我院的420例患者的临床资料,并进行回顾性分析。所有患者均采用5分法对肿块的弹性硬度进行半定量分析,测量并记录肿块硬度、灰阶模式与弹性模式下的面积比,通过两种成像模式下所获面积比值的分析,得到肿块良恶性的最佳鉴别点,并对超声弹性成像技术在诊断乳腺良恶性肿块方面的灵敏度、特意度及准确率进行统计。结果乳腺肿块恶性鉴别的灵敏度、特异度及准确率分别为77.5%、91.1%、86.9%。运用两种成像模式下的图像面积比值对乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别时所获得的最佳诊断界点为1.8。结论超声弹性成像技术对乳腺恶性肿块的检查具有较高的检出率,与病理诊断的吻合度高。超声弹性成像技术对女性乳腺恶性肿块的诊断具重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of of ultrasound elasticity imaging techniqu in diagnosis of malignant and benign female breast lumps.Methods Collected from January 2008 to January 2010 period should be breast lumps and hospital treatment in 420 patients with clinical data and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with 5 points on the mass of the elastic stiffness method for semi-quantitative analysis,measure and record the mass hardness,elastic mode gray scale mode and the area ratio.Obtained by two imaging mode area ratio analysis,the best identification of benign and malignant mass point,and ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor's sensitivity,specifically degree of statistical accuracy.Results Using 5 method semi-uantitative breast lumps benign and malignant breast tumor to identify the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were77.5%,91.1% and 86.9%.Two imaging modes and more image area ratio is used to identify benign and malignant breast lumps is the best diagnosis of the critical point of 1.8.Conclusion The ultrasound elasticity imaging techniqu in diagnosis of malignant female breast lump has better detection rate and higher coincidence rate which compared the pathological findings.The Ultrasound elasticity imaging techniqu has important value in diagnosis of malignant female breast lump.
