摘    要:目的研究海洛因对雌性大鼠血浆FSH、LH、PRL的影响。方法以剂量递增法大鼠腹腔注射海洛因,放免分析法检测血浆——催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)的水平。结果与对照组相比,海洛因给药组(3d、9d)血浆PRL、LH显著降低(P<0.05);停药后3d、9d组血浆PRL、LH水平仍明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但与给药9d组比较,停药9d组血浆PRL、LH水平虽有回升,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。血浆的FSH水平在给药组(3d、9d)、停药组(3d、9d)均无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论海洛因使雌性大鼠血浆LH、PRL的水平显著降低,且短期停用海洛因尚不能恢复到正常,对FSH水平无显著影响。

The Effects of Heroin on Sexual Hormone Concentration in Female Rat Plasma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of the concentration of three sexual hormones-prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) in the female rats which were administered heroin.Methods Concentration of the three sexual hormones in rat plasma was assessed by radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with the control group,the PRL and LH level was lower significantly in the two groups which given heroin for 3 and 9 days respectively(P0.01,P0.05);The PRL and LH concentration was decreased remarkably in rats which had been free from heroin for 3 days after being given heroin for 9 days(P0.05)compared with heroin administered group(9days);In the group which was stop giving heroin 9 days,the level of these two hormones was higher than that of the heroin administered group(9days).FSH concentration had no significant change in the five groups.Conclusion The PRL and LH concentration in the plasma of female rats were decreased by heroin administering,and the effects could not be reversed in a short time(3d) after stopping giving heroin.
