玻璃体积血对兔视网膜影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察玻璃体积血时不同阶段丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化及Na K ATP酶活性的变化 ,探讨玻璃体积血对视网膜的影响及机制。方法 新西兰大耳白兔 4 0只 ,右眼玻璃体内注入 0 2ml自体血作为实验组 ,左眼玻璃体内注入 0 2ml生理盐水作为对照组 ,分别于第 3、 7、 14、 2 1、 2 8天随机处死 8只 ,分离视网膜 ,制成 10 %组织匀浆检测MDA变化及Na K ATP酶活性的变化。结果 第 3、 7天 ,MDA的含量实验组与对照组相比差异无显著性意义(P >0 0 5 ) ,第 14、 2 1、 2 8天实验组较对照组升高 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。Na K ATP酶活性在第 3、 7天两组与对照组比较无显著差异意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,第 14、 2 1、 2 8天 ,实验组Na K ATP酶活性较对照组下降 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 玻璃体积血可引起视网膜脂质过氧化损害 ,损害Na K ATP酶活性。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect and mechanism of vitreous hemor rhage on the rabbit retina. Methods Forty New Zealand white rabbits were selected. 0.2 ml autologous blood was intravitreally injected to all right eyes (experimental gro up) and 0.2 ml normal saline into all left eyes (control group). Forty rabbits were randomly killed on the 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th day (n=8 each ti me). The retina was isolated and the changes of MDA and the activity of Na -K ATP ase were determined.Results There was no significant difference in the MDA contents on the day 3, 7, 14 in experimental group between experimental group and contro l group (P>0.05). On the day 14, 21 and 28, the contents of MDA in the expe rimental group were significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05) . No significant difference in the activity of Na -K ATPase was found on th e day 3 and 7 between the two groups (P>0.05), but the activity of Na - K ATPase on the day 14, 21 and 28 was significantly lower in experimental grou p than that of control group (P<0.05). The activity of Na -K ATPase wa s related with MDA content. Conclusion Vitreous hemorrhage can cause the retinal lipid pero xidation injury and damage Na -K ATPase.
