| 摘 要： | Multidrug resistance (MDR) is the main cause of chemotherapy failure. MDR of gastric cancer is associated with a number of factors, including over-expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and MDR associated protein (MRP), ghtathione S-transferase-π(GST-π) activity increasing, topoisomerase Ⅱ(Topo Ⅱ) decreasing and DNA damage-repair ability enhancement.
