肾囊内注射地塞米松合并中药治疗肾病综合征疗效观察

目的探讨肾脏脂肪囊内注射地塞米松治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法60例患者均服用中药，分成两组：治疗组30例肾病综合征患者在B超引导下向每侧肾脂肪囊内注射地塞米松；对照组30例口服强的松，治疗前后观察两组患者的尿蛋白、血压、体质量及血清清蛋白、肌酐变化。结果治疗组27例患者尿蛋白明显减轻或转阴性，未发现糖皮质激素副作用。结论肾囊内注射药物为一种新的治疗方法，在有效治疗肾病综合征的同时可避免或减少全身给药带来的毒副作用。

Effect of renal capsule injection of dexamethasone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on nephritic syndrome

Objective To investigate the of effect of renal adipose capsule injection on dexamethasone treatment on nephrotic syndrome.Methods 60 patients with B-renal adipose capsul were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,taking Chinese medicines.In treatment group,30 patients were injected with dexamethasone into the renal adipose capsule of both sides under the guidance of B-ultrasound in the control group.30 patients were given oral prednisolone,and both group patients topk traditional Chinese medicine were defected in all patients before and after treatment.Results Urinary protein was found significantly reducted,even negative,and no side effect of corticosteroids in 27 cases of treatment group patients.Conclusion Renal capsule injection a new therapeutic method for nephrotic syndrome,which has the advantages of being effective and avoiding or minimizing,side effects caused by systemic delivery.
