Study of acellular allogeneic dermal matrix on periodontal surgery

Acellular allogeneic dermal matrix （ADM） is the dermal replacement of heterogenous human skin in which the cellular elements have been removed by special technique and basement membrane complex have been remained. It becomes a kind of 3D porous acellular dermal scaffold. It supports fibroblast infiltration， neovascularization and epithelialization in the absence of an inflammatory response. As a new biomaterial scaffold， ADM has better tissue compatibility and lower antigenicity. It has been used in the field of periodontics.
