摘    要:采用离体培养大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞,研究了1-(2,6-二甲基苯氧基)-2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯乙氨基)丙烷盐酸盐(DDPH)对培养心肌细胞缺氧后再给氧损伤的影响。DDPH1~10μmol·L-1可使缺氧后再给氧心肌细胞搏动能基本维持正常,乳酸脱氨酶释放有所减少,细胞成活率提高,减少心肌细胞膜损伤。其作用与Verapamil具有相似之处。表明DDPH对缺氧与再给氧心肌细胞具有保护作用。

Abstract:The effect of 1-(2, 6-dimethylphenoxy)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenylethylamino) propane hydrochloride (DDPH) on reoxygenation damages were studied on cultured myocytes from neonatal rat hearts. 30 min before anoxia, addition of DDPH 1~10 μmol·L-1 increased the beat rate and survival rate of myocardial cells,decreased the relrase of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) from myocytes and the myocardial ultrastructure was normal during anoxia/reoxygenation. These results suggested that DDPH may provide some protecive effects on the anoxia/reoxygenation damages on myocardium.
