| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨血清IV型胶原含量对肝病的临床诊断价值。方法 :应用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)检测了 12 2例各种肝病患者及 5 0例对照献血员血清IV型胶原浓度。结果 :血清IV型胶原的浓度与肝纤维化的程度呈明显相关。结论 :说明IV型胶原可作判断肝病时基底膜变化的一个可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the value of type IV collagen in serum in the diagnosis of liver diseases.Methods:The content of serum type IV collagen of 122 cases with liver diseases and 38 healthy cases was detected by ELISA.Results:type IV collagen is asociated with hepatic fibrosis significantly.Conclusion:type IV collagen in serum can be considered as a sensitive indexs in the dignosis of hepatic fibrosis. |
