脑卒中患者血清尿酸测定的临床意义

目的　探讨脑卒中患者血清尿酸 (UA)测定的临床意义。方法　检测 70例脑梗死和 5 0例脑出血急性期患者的血清 U A含量 ,并与 10 0例健康成人的血清 UA值作对比分析。结果　脑梗死和脑出血组患者血清 UA水平高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,且随病情的加重血清 UA水平呈增高趋势 ,与对照组比较 ,轻、中、重型三组脑卒中患者血清 U A水平均增高 (P<0 .0 0 2～ 0 .0 0 1)。结论　 UA可作为自由基代谢的指标。脑卒中患者尤其是血清 U A升高明显的重型患者 ,应及早应用抗自由基药物。

The clinical significance of serum uric acid in cerebral stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum uric acid (UA) level change in cerebral stroke patients. Methods Serum UA levels were determined in 70 patients with cerebral infarction and 50 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, and these values were compared with those of 100 healthy adults. Results The serum UA levels in cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patients were much highter than those in healthy adults (P<0.001), and serum UA levels shown increasing tendency with patients' condition worsened. There were much higher in serum UA levels among the mild, medium and heavy cerebral stroke than those in healthy adults (P<0.002~0.001).Conclusions Serum UA level is a marker as the free radical metabolism. The cerebral stroke patients whose especially are severe type cases with serum UA levels markedly increased, anti-free radical drug should be early applyed.
