HPLC法同时测定百喘朋中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明的含量

目的 :建立HPLC法同时测定百喘朋中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法 :采用DiamonsilC18(5μ,4.6mm×150mm)色谱柱 ,流动相为乙腈 -水 -磷酸 (60∶40∶0 1 ,每1000ml含4 0g 十二烷基硫酸钠 ) ,检测波长为254nm ,采用外标法。结果 :盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸苯海拉明的线性范围分别为2 69μg～32.28μg、2 54μg～30.48μg ,回收率 (n=5)分别为100 4 % (RSD=1.1 % )和99 8 % (RSD=0.9 % )。结论 :本法可同时准确测定百喘朋中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明的含量。

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride and Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride in Baichuaipeng Tablets by HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for simultaneously detecting the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride in Baichuaipeng tablets METHODS:The conditions of detection were:Diamonsil C18 (4 6mm×150mm,5μ),the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (60∶40∶0 1,each 1 000ml contained 4 0g sodium lauryl sulfate),flow-rate 1ml/min,detection wavelength 254nm,external standard method RESULTS:The good linearity between peak and quantity ranged form 2 69μg～32 28μg for ephedrine hydrochloride and 2 54μg～30 48μg for diphenhydramine hydrochloride(n=5) The average recoveries(n=5) of ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride were 100 4%(RSD=1 1%) and 99 8%(RSD=0 9%),respectively CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,sim_ple and suitable for the quality control of Baichuaipeng tablets
