| 摘 要： | 目的：观察温胆汤合天麻钧藤饮加减治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将97例病人随机分成2组。以温胆汤合天麻钧藤饮加减（简称治疗组）与颈复康颗粒组（简称对照组）对照治疗，并进行疗效评定。结果：治疗组总有效率79．6％，其中治愈率42．9％，好转率36．7％。对照组总有效率45．8％，其中治愈率31．3％，好转率20．8％。治疗组的总有效率与对照组相比较，P〈0．05，说明两组疗效差异有统计学意义，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：温胆汤合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效确切，值得进一步研究推广。
