| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨睾丸非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤的临床病理特点，提高对此病的认识．方法：对10例睾丸非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤进行临床病理及免疫组化研究．结果：主要症状为睾丸无痛性肿块或仅有隐痛不适，组织学上均为弥漫型非霍奇金氏恶性淋巴瘤．免疫组化结果证实B细胞来源6例，T细胞来源4例．结论：中老年人，特别是双侧睾丸弥漫性肿大，首先应考虑淋巴瘤的可能．本病确诊依赖病理学诊断，免疫组织化学对鉴别诊断及分型非常重要． |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study clinicopathological characters of Non-Hodgkin's Lomphoma of testis and improve the recognition of the disease. Methods: 10 cases of Non-Hodgkin's Lomphoma of testis were studied by clinicopathological and immunohistochemical technigue. Results: The main symptoms occurred in testis with no pain or secret anguish, and histological feature was diffuse Non-Hodgkin's Lomphoma . Immunohistochemical results confirmed the tumor cells derives from B cells (6 cases) and T cells (4 cases). Conclusion: It should be considered as malignant lymphoma if diffused intumesce occurred in both testis in middle and old folks. Ensured diagnosis of the tumor depends on pathological characters and immunohistochemistry plays an important role in distinguish and classify. |
