倍他乐克联合维拉帕米治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

目的:观察倍他乐联合维拉帕米治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效。方法:选择轻中度原发性高血压病患者92例,治疗前2周均停用其它降压药。随机分为对照组42例,口服倍他乐克12.5～50mg/次,每日两次;治疗组50例,在对照组基础上加维拉帕米40mg/次,每日3次,于用药1周后开始反复测量患者血压,同时观察心率,自觉症状,观察4周。结果:治疗组总有效率96%,高于对照组73.81%;差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:倍他乐克、维拉帕米联合治疗轻中度原发性高血压,效果显著,价格低廉,副作用小,值得临床推广。

Effect of metoprolol in conjunction with verapamil in the treatment of mild to moderate primary hypertension

Objective： To investigate the ettect of metoprolol in conjunction with verapamil in conjunction with verapamil in the treatment of mild to moderate primary hypertension. Methods： 92 cases of mild to moderate primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups： 42 cases were in the control group （ metoprolol 12.5mg p. o b. i. d. ）, 50 cases were in the treatment greup （ took verapamil 40rag t. i. d during the conventional treatment with metoprolol ）, stop taking all the other drugs two weeks before the treatment： One week after this treatment, measure the patients ＇ blood pressure repeadly and investigate their heart rate,symptom for four weeks. Results ：The retio of etteetiveness of the treatment group and the control group was 96% and 73. 81%, respectively, there was stastistcally significant differences between the two group. Conclusion：The effect of metoprolol in conjunction with verapamil in the treatment of hypertension is significant, the side effects were liffle and the price is low, it＇s clinically potentially useful.
