摘    要:目的了解影响中学生尝试吸烟的因素,为开展中学生健康教育提供参考依据.方法采用自拟调查问卷,对昆明市2所中学学生601名进行调查.结果中学生认知香烟品牌的途径为广告、亲戚朋友和父母.经Logistic回归分析,香烟品牌的认知数量和替亲戚购买香烟是影响学生尝试吸烟的最主要因素,说明替亲戚购买香烟和知道香烟品牌数量越多的学生,更有可能尝试吸烟.结论在控烟工作中,创造良好的社会环境,避免青少年各种途径接触香烟,是防止青少年吸烟的关键因素之一.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factors for attempt at smoking among middle school students, and to provide evidence for health education implementation . Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 601 students in 2 middle schools in Kunming City. Results Students obtained knowledge about cigarette brand mainly from advertisements, their parents and relatives. Logistic regression analysis showed that the mam factors, which affected students attempt at smoking, included the amounts of cigarette brands known by the students and the students behavior of buying cigarette for their relatives .Conclusion It is important to create better social environment to prevent students from contacting cigarette.
