大气颗粒物致心血管疾病的可能机制

摘    要:大气颗粒物(PM)是指悬浮在大气中的固体和液体颗粒物的总称。按其粒径的不同可分为PM10、PM2.5、PM0.1等。流行病学资料显示,大气颗粒物与心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率有关。但目前有关这方面的研究并不多。本文总结了部分相关研究,归纳总结PM致心血管疾病的可能机制:自由基与氧化损伤,系统炎症以及转录因子、炎症相关因子的激活,对心肌离子通道的影响,细胞钙稳态破坏,自主神经的影响等。从而为PM致心血管疾病的防治提供一定的理论基础。

Abstract:Particulate matter(PM)consists of a heterogeneous mixture of solid and liquid particles suspended in air. They are defined as PM10,PM2.5 and PM0.1 by their median aerodynamic diameter respectively. Epidemiological studies have demonstrated the relationship between PM and the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease.
