依达拉奉对椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的疗效观察

目的观察依达拉奉对椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法将68例椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者随机分为2组。对照组33例采用尿激酶常规治疗。依达拉奉组35例采用依达拉奉30mg，每日2次静滴；2周后观察临床疗效、椎基底动脉平均流速及治疗前后血浆氧化应激标志物丙二醛、脂过氧化物、血浆抗活性氧基标志酶-谷光甘肽过氧化酶的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为94．2％，对照组总有效率为78．7％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组椎-基底动脉平均流速及谷光甘肽过氧化酶较对照组显著增高（P〈0．05），而氧化应激标志物丙二醛、脂过氧化物显著减低（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉能有效治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕。

The effect of Edaravone in the treatment of vertigo due to vetebra-arteria basilaris ischemia

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Edaravon in patients with verigo due to vetebr-arteria basilaris and the effect on Oxidative stress. Method 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （ n： 33） received Urokinase （ 300,000 u iv qd × 14 ） for 10 days, while the trial group （ n： 35 ） received additional edaravone （30 mg ivgtt bid X 14）. The clinical efficacy, blood velocity in the vetebra-arteria basilaris, and the changes of plasma malondialdehyde （MDA）, lipid peroxides （LPO） and glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the trial and control groups was 92.5% and 75% respectively （P 〈0.05）. The blood velocity and GSH-Px in the vetebra-arteria basilaris of patients in the treatment group significantly increased compared with those in the control group （P〈0. 05）, while the MDA and LPO were markedly decreased （P~0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone can decrease Oxidative stress in patients with verigo due to vetebra-arteria basilaris, which may be benefit to the clinical efficacy.
