奥扎格雷钠治疗老年人急性脑梗死的临床疗效

【目的】观察奥扎格雷钠注射治疗液老年人急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。【方法】将78例老年人急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，治疗组42例，对照组36例，分别采用奥扎格雷钠注射液及复方丹参注射液治疗。疗程均为15d，观察临床疗效、神经功能缺损变化，治疗前后血、尿常规及肝肾功能变化。【结果】治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88．10％及61．11％（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损较对照纽显著降低（P〈0．05）；治疗组血液流变学相关指标均明显改善（P〈0．01），与对照组相比差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。【结论】奥扎格雷钠注射治疗液治疗老年人急性脑梗死有较好的临床疗效，可能促进神经功能恢复。

Effect of Sodium Ozagrel on the Treatment of Senile Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective] To observe the clinical effects and safety of sodium ozagrel injection for senile acute cerebral infarction. Methods] Seventy eight senile patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into the treatment group（ n =42） and the control group（ n =36）. These two groups were treated with sodium ozagrel injection and compound Danshen injection, respectively. The course of treatment was 15 days. The clinical effects, the changes in nervous function defect, the routine blood and urine tests, and liver and renal function were observed. Results]The total efficacy rate was 88.10 % in the treatment group and 61.11% in the control group （ P 〈,0.05）. Nervous function defect was decreased markedly after treatment in the treatment group, which was superior to the control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion]Sodium ozagrel injection has significant effect on the treatment of senile acute cerebral infarction and can promote the recovery of nervous function.
