住院患者注射用抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的:了解我院住院患者注射用抗菌药物的使用情况,以提高合理用药水平。方法:采用应用频度分析法和金额排序法,对2006年1月至6月我院住院患者的注射用抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果:2006年1月至2006月注射用抗菌用药金额共计4629 487元,从用药频度(DDDs)数据和用药金额看,头孢菌素类、青霉素类和喹诺酮类是临床上使用最多的品种,占全部注射用抗菌药物的86.63%。结论:我院临床抗菌药物应用基本合理。但也存在一些问题。

Analysis of Intra-venous Antibacterials Application in Hospitalized Patients

Objective:To analyze the use of intra-venous antibaeterials in hospitalized patients in our hospital so as to im- prove rational drug use.Methods Based on the methods of DDDs and ranking of sum of money,intra-venous antibacterials used in our hospital between Jan 2006 to Jun 2006 were analyzed.Results Sum of all the intra-venous antibacterials were 4 629 487 yuan.Cephslosporins,penicillins and quinolones were mostly used and accounted for 86.63% and 89.21% respectively by DDDs and the cost.Conclusion The application of antibacterials in our hospital was generally reasonable,though some prob- lems existed.
