摘    要:本文观察了Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在急性运动前后血液流变学的变化。运动负荷后全血粘度有下降趋势、血浓粘度下降。提示中等强度运动不会通过血液流变学增加血管并发症的危险性,可能有助于延缓血管并发症的发生、发展。

Abstract:The change of hemorheology before and after moderate exercise was investigated in 20 non - insulin -dependent diabetic patients (NIDDM ) without obvious vascular complication.The result showed that the whole blood viscosity in NIDDM group was significantly increased and had a te -ndency to decrease afterexercise, while the plasma viscosity in NIDDM group was significantly increased and decreased significantly after exercise.lt is suggested that appropriate exercise might not be harmful to NIDDM and that exercise therapy might be beneficialin delaying the development of diabetic angiopathy.
