| 摘 要： | 目的:研究小多孢菌(Micropolysporasp.)次级代谢产物的化学成分。方法:应用多种色谱方法进行分离和纯化,并用NMR、IR和MS等方法解析其化学结构。结果:从小多孢菌次级代谢产物中分离到2个化合物,它们的结构分别被鉴定为:17-demethyl-lebrastatin(1)和4,6-二甲氧基-3-(3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-2-(4-甲氧基苯基)-1-氢-茚-1-酮(2)。结论:化合物1是新化合物。

| Abstract: | Aim:To study the chemical constituents from the secondary metabolism of Micropolyspora sp..Methods:Some chromatographic methods were used to separate the chemical constituents whose structures were identified by NMR,IR and MS.Results:Two compounds from the secondary metabolism of Micropolyspora sp.were identified as 17-demethyl-lebrastatin(1)and 4,6-dimethoxy-3-(3,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-2-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-indene-1-one(2).Conclusion:Compound 1 is a new compound. |
