石杉碱甲胃漂浮片的研制及体外释放

目的：研制石杉碱甲胃漂浮片,考察其漂浮和释药性能。方法：干粉直接压片制得石杉碱甲胃漂浮片,并用HPLC检测石杉碱甲在人工胃液中的释放量。结果：石杉碱甲胃漂浮片的迟滞时间小于5min,持续漂浮时间都大于12h,12h的累积释药量大于90%。释药行为符合Higuchi方程,释药机制为非Fick扩散。结论：研制的石杉碱甲胃漂浮片具有良好的漂浮特性和释药特性。

Preparation andin Vitro Release of Huperzine-A Intra-gastric Floating Sustained Release Tablets

Objective:To develop the huperzine-A gastric floating sustained release tablets and study its behavior of floating and release characteristics.Methods:Tablets were prepared by direct compression with dry powder,huperzine-A of which in simulated gastric juice was analyzed by HPLC.Results:The beginning floating time of huperzine-A intra-gastric floating sustained release tablets is less than 5 min,duration of floating is more than 12h,and the tablets has total drug release in 12h is more than 90percent,and the in vitro release of huperzine-A fits well Higuchi equation,and it was properly characterized by the non-Fick diffusion mechanism.Conclusions:Tablets prepared has good behavior of floating and release characteristics.
