联合神经阻滞用于高龄患者下肢骨折手术的可行性分析

目的探讨联合神经阻滞用于高龄患者下肢骨折手术的可行性。方法将120例行单侧下肢股骨远端以远骨折手术的高龄患者，随机分为两组（n=60）：硬腰联合麻醉组（I组）和坐骨神经-股神经-股外侧皮神经联合阻滞组（Ⅱ组），两组患者术中均上止血带。观察麻醉前及注药后5min、10min、20min、30min时的HR、SP、DP及两组患者的麻醉效果和术后24h内的不良反应。结果两组麻醉效果之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），B组血流动力学稳定，术后24h无不良反应情况发生。结论联合神经阻滞用于高龄下肢骨折患者手术是可行的。

The feasibility of union nerve block to use in senility patient surgery with lower limb bone fracture

Objective To investigate the feasibility of union nerve block to use in senility patient surgery with lower limb bone fracture. Methods 60 routine beyond unilateral lower extremity fracture distal femur of senility patients were randomly divided into two groups （n=30） ： The hard waist union anesthesia group （group Ⅰ） and the sciatic nerve-femoral nerve-lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block group （group Ⅱ）,patients in both groups wear tourniquets. The HR,SP,DP of injection anesthesia before and after 5min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min and anesthetic effect and adverse reactions within 24 h were observed. Results Narcotic effect of the results between the two groups was no significant difference （P〉0.05）, Hemodynamic stability and no adverse reactions occur within 24 h in group Ⅱ. Conclusions The union nerve block for senility patients with lower limb bone fracture is feasible.
