| 摘 要： | 当前医患纠纷日趋增多,而且处理难度大,成为医院工作的难点之一。医学教育要根据时代的要求,加强法律法规和人文素质教育教程,培养出合格的医护后备人才。本文分析了新形势下医患纠纷相关原因和预防方法,指出从临床医学教育实践,因人施教,增设相关医疗法律法规教程,加强职业道德修养、语言文化素养和沟通技巧,减少或避免医患纠纷,从而培养出新型的与国际接轨的专业护理队伍。

| Abstract: | The disputation increases gradually between the doctors and patients.It has become a trouble for a hospital.In order to train and bring up medical workers,the courses of law and humanity should be reinforced.The author analyzed the causes and preventive measures,pointed out that we should strengthen professional education,improve cultural and comprehensive craftsmanship,decrease disputations,and train the professional nursing talent. |
